Sushi it has warm stick japenes rice with a meduim size juicy piece of raw salmon wrapped aroung crispy seaweed!

Pho - Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup. The secret to this dish is having a great rich beef broth. Very thinly sliced beef is placed in a bowl raw and the boiling hot broth is poured over to cook the beef. Noodles are added. On the side, you usually get bean sprouts, basil and/or cliantro, limes to squeeze into the soup, and slice hot peppers. There is also fish sauce, hoisin sauce, and sirachi (Vietnamese hot sauce that is very spicy and I like to call Vietnamese Ketchup). I like to add some sirachi and hoisin to give it a spicy, yet sweet taste.

my favorite food would have to be baked zita........it is like a lasagna made with Penne noodles and you mix Ricota cheese and sausage and everything you would in lasagna but, it is made with penne noodles so it is easy to pick up I love it......I am Italian though
