Is most generally involving the neurological part of the body.. When there is an imbalance of this system, there are defined impulses to the blood vessels, They will either constrict or dilate. Most get treated for dilation of those vessels, not constricted. Is why the headache is often accompanied by a throbbing sensation.

Tension is one the worst and foremost causes of headaches. If you get them frequently, like I do, it is probably tension. If that is the case, heat packs and muscle relaxors. Otherwise, go see your doctor. You could have some other type of illness.
