you should know that top ramen is made mostly from flour and no matter what your age flour is tough on the digestive system it can lead to heartburn and about sausages, some of them contain nitrites and carragenines (i don´t know if that is the correct translation from Spanish ) which according to the international standards for the industry are considered a cancer risk if consumed in quantities, how much i don´t recall so it is up to you. no thats entirely way too much sodium, your going to swell up like an uncooked turkey in the summer sun for a week! Then the processed meats with tons of sodium....your in bad shape, go to the free food place in your town they give bread veggies and cereals and stuff, or just buy some pb&j with whole wheat bread or some bread and a thing of sliced cheese, grilled cheese and ramen and some water lots of water, to flush out the sodium.

Can you supplement them with something else? How about peanut butter and jelly sandwiches? Do you have any bread? How about milk? You can have cereal?

Won't have any serious effect over such a short period unless you have high blood pressure. That's an awful lot of sodium.

we all die sometime, who is to say you won't get hit by a car or lost in a fire. Who really cares what you eat, do a little exercise and eat what you can! It is better than not eating at all, right?
