If it happened before approaching the lady, DON'T ask her to dance at that particular time. Maybe carry on a conversation (sitting down) until things cool off.
If it happened after you got on the dance floor (was it her that brought it on?), don't dance too close, try to ignore it (!) because she is trying to do the same thing (!!).
Some people try to be witty with the old line,"Is that a banana in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?" It just might relieve the stress of the situation (no pun intended), but can be pretty embarrassing if not found amusing...

1. Don't dance with the lady if u cannot control your hard on.
2. Go to the loo and relieve yourself
3. Relieve yourself early in the evening before you go clubbing.
4. Accidently on purpose pour the ice bucket over your lower regions.

Well Mr Disco the ladies like the old fashioned way, waltz and all that stuff, they want to glide across the floor, when really all we want to do is air guitar!

Trust me - the lady does not want to know about your problem unless she is totally in love with you in which case she will drag you home by your hair... if not you have to go cool down outside. If things get really out of hand, you will have to spill your drink down yourself to conceal your embarrassment... and that means going home with wet trousers...not comfy!!

Dude! it might not look good but I heard ladies love to know they are the reason for a man's 'woody'.
I get rid of them by thinking of "sad stuff" (anything depressing)
