my sister has a friend who has a brother who likes me but i dont really like him but i told him that i dont when he asked me if i did and now i feel bad, plus hes 2 years younger than me?? i just dont wanna make him hate me coz i wanna b feiends!!!! plz help.

Ive had the same thing. Just say, "i think we`d better friends". or "im not ready to be in a relationship right now".

I would not go out with him cause he is like 2 years younger than you and plus he is your sisters best friends brother. And don't worry. He will not hate you if you tell him you just want to be friends
