Natural laxatives I use when experiencing constipation is taking epson salt and water. Taste terrible but solves the problem.
You can buy epson salt at any grocery/pharmacy store. The instructions are on the box, but I usually use two tablespoons with a half cup of WARM water. Stir until dissolved and hold your nose to drink away. Try to have orange juice to drink immediately after wards...it helps with after taste. Continue to drink water throughout the day/night.
Let me know if this works for you.

Fruits in general are natural laxatives. Just eat a little more of it than you normally would.
Don't forget to drink lots of water as well!

I can usually drink a Dr Pepper. My mom does warm prune juice. You should also drink 64 oz of water everyday and add fiber to your diet so it doesn't happen again. Drink 2-16oz glasses of water in the am than 2-16oz in afternoon and you have your 64 oz. Good luck

Okay - trust me. You need to start drinking more water now. Then eat oatmeal every morning for a week. Do not eat bananas or cheese (these make you constipated). Eat apples, celery, carrots. Also - a lot of times a cup of hot tea or hot coffee will stimulate your system to go.
REMEMBER THO - OATMEAL EVERY DAY.

Bran cereals, prunes and figs. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water and stay active. All foods containing fiber, such as whole grain breads and cereals, vegetables and fruits are helpful. Keep away from foods that are traditionally binding, such as cheese and high-fat dairy products -- not good for anyone with sluggish elimination.

Definitely prune juice, but the taste does take some getting used to. If you don't like it then try a vindaloo.

Prune juice with a hot tea or coffee chaser.
Prune juice is known to be a laxitive, and hot fluid and the caffeine in coffee or tea both stimulate the GI tract.

Drink a lot of water. Milk also works for some ppl, I don't recommend it if you're lactose intolerant. I would recommend for you to go to any pharmacy and buy fiber, a popular brand is metamucil and you can add a teaspoon of it to your water or orange juice and it doesn't have a bad taste.
Good luck!
