I think only of my husband while making love to him. However, I have had some pretty racy dreams of ex boyfriends and even celebrities. Never while with my man though.

Never with my current boyfriend.
But with my last boyfriend, I did keep thinking about the guy who was my best friend and is now my boyfriend. Nothing dirty - I just kept thinking of him and having a weird feeling I was sort of cheating on him by being with my boyfriend.

personally, i don't, but that's strictly because I am majorly into my guy. I'm attracted to him on every level... mentally, physically, emotionally. If you are truly completely attracted to the person you're with, and into the moment, you can't think of anything but them, and the experience you're sharing.
