I like to have sex at least three times a day...I think three keeps me grounded but my girlfriend is more like once a month?! What to do?

Three times a day is unreasonable, but so is once a month.
I don't know about your girlfriend, but this is what works for many women. Massage her back, touch her all over, expect nothing in return (for now). Do the things that please her. Drive her crazy. Then she'll ask you for sex.
Timing is key too. Even the above won't work if you pick a bad time. At the end of a good day out together might be ideal.
Treat her right and she'll treat you right.

I would guess there is some other issue between you, unless either you have suddenly changed from the way you used to be, to the way they are now sexually, something has occured between you for your sex life to be out of kilter.
If she has always been a once a month girl, then you know what you got when you hooked up. If not, try romancing the stone.

You guys need to find a happy medium. 3+ times a day is a little excessive, but once a month??? Come on! She must have a great toy, a low sex drive, or she's getting it somewhere else.

You guys have to compromise. Three times a day is going to wear out Mr. Winky pretty fast; however, once a month is going to make you both crazy!

I had a friend who used to hang out at the fishing pier. He saw how some people had trouble putting the bait on their hooks, so he would do it for them. They would pay him tips to do this. He kept getting bigger and bigger tips, so he decided he would get some training in this field and be able to earn a living. So, he went to school, studied diligently, and got his Master's degree. Sex compatibility is very important in a relationship. Fix it, or find another girl. You'll save time and heartbreak that way. One hint, you gotta go the extra distance to be romantic for her. She is not going to want to have sex more often without having her feminine needs to be cuddled and such addressed.

Women usually like sex a LOT more than once a month..
Maybe it is your technique and once a month is all she can take.

Once a month?? If you love her and she is more important that sex than deal with it. But having a healthy sex life is important. So good luck with all that.
