fortunatley I have NEVER PURPOSELY got ot of paying and wouldn't want to but one time my husband and I had the most worst experience eating at a restraurant. The service and food was horrendous so we complained so much, we didn't pay. The best way to make a stink is to file an online complaint with the BBB. That will get their attention on acheiving better service/food but do this only when it's neccessarily. Other wise pay for the food you eat.....JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE....

Highly illegal... but you asked..
- Have someone else order it.
- When people dine outside, wait with a couple of large zip-lock bags. If they go to the bathroom, while their meal is being served, snatch it quickly and put it in a zip-lock bags.
- At a buffet. Have you friends gather a money together, enough for one or two people to eat. One or both of you grab a plate. Sit, go back and load-up the plates, dump it into plastic bags, put them into book bags. When you have enough, pay your bill (for yourself and other person) and then leave. Should have enough for 5 or 6 people.
- Eat, leave some cash on the table, like a tip. but nothing more, then run.

Believe it or not. a local radio station did a stunt where one of the dj's went to restaurants and when he got done pretended he had forgotten his wallet. 7 out of the 9 restaurants he went to let him go and forgave his bill. They did not even tell him to come back and pay OR send the money when he offered to do it.

There are pretty much two ways to get out of paying a bill "legally"
Either cozy up and befriend your server/bartender/manager so that they will comp you when they are working, or be so much of a huge pain that the manager will comp your dinner just to get rid of you.

Do what my friend did...we went to sizzler for lunch and she ordered the cheapest steak they have. Of course it was like rubber so she complained and gave her something else plus she got a coupon for a free lunch.

If you do, they'll definitely remember you, your server may have the cost of your meal deducted from their paycheck. You don't want someone who handles your food to be mad at you.
Just ask the guy who cheated on his gf... a little poo with your shake??
