Fill out the paperwork for a transfer to the Navy. It should take about 3-6 weeks for it to go through. A good way to go about it is to go to a Navy recruiter and have him start the paperwork.

you will need a DD368 from the Navy Recruiter. The easiest way to go about things is to hand carry the 368 to your CO who will have to sign it and authorize you to leave the ARNG.
