HIV/AIDS is life long and kills most people who get it. Hepititus can kill you. Herpes is a life long annoyance. Most strains of HPV are harmless and go away on it's own but some cause genital warts and others causes cervical cancer. The best way to protect yourself from that is regular pap smears. Warts are not especially dangerous and don't turn into cancer. It's more of an annoyance. Cervical cancer can be deadly but, can also be caught early by getting your PAP and you can be fine.
The other STIs mentioned are easily treated with a course of antibiotics. But, obviously it's best to use condoms. Get regular tests for STIs and make sure your partner(s) have been tested.
So, use condoms for pregnancy protection and protection from STIs! When used properly they are about 98% effective. Also, look into getting another form of birth control. If you are under the age of 18 and sexually active or planning on being sexually active and don't want your parents to know, you can visit a planned parenthood or local sexual health clinic to talk about your birth control options and get birth control. They will respect you as a human being and not tell your parents. It's your choice.

I am assuming you are not on the Pill or anything like that. Well Abstinence is 100%. Condoms would be a good one!!! And you can get them very easily! They also protect you from STD's. Don't dare try the withdrawl method. IT IS NOT AT ALL EFFECTIVE!!! There is such a thing called precum. It's stuff that comes out before the guy ACTUALLY ejaculates. It CAN get you preggo because it DOES have sperm in it. You could also use a spermicide or something like that.....

If you have no form or birth and disease control, abstinence is what you use... Until you are able to get proper birth and disease control don't have sex...
Part of being old enough and mature enough to have sex is knowing when it's best not to have sex... When you do not have the proper protection is one of those not having sex times...
Pregnancy is the least of a persons worries regarding sex... Diseases, aids, gonorrhea, syphilis, hepatitis, genital warts, herpes, etc are a few of the diseases that can be contracted when proper precautions are not taken when having sex... Many of these diseases are death sentences and life long uncurable diseases...
Rather than worry about not having birth control worry about having disease control.. Can you guarentee exactly who your partner has had sex with, and how those people have had sex withand so on???
If not use condoms or don't play the consequences can be far worse than an 18 year commitment to raising a child properly... the consequences could be death... .

Abstinence is the best method... condoms lubricated w/ nonoxynol-9, sponges, and spermicides are all over the counter options, but most are 75%-85% effective at best. Be sure to follow the instructions to perfection, though, b/c failure is most often due to the user's ignorance.

If you don't have any type of birth control , you should only be having oral sex or foreplay. Don't do anything to put yourself at a risk!!!

Use condoms. This is the man's responsibility and if he won't use a condom then it's no intercourse for him. But there are other ways of enjoying sexual pleasures.
