No not at all, as long as you're doing it properly. Flossing is so under-rated, it's good to hear that someone is doing it. I always carry floss in my purse, and I have some in my car.

Absolutely NOT.
You should floss after every meal. It is just helping you disorganize the dental plaque, what is important.
Just make sure you don't use too much force that make your gums bleed.
Use the softest toothbrush you can find, with the minimum of paste.
Best don't disturb you oral environment, so use only water for rinsing after brushing and flossing.
Don't forget to brush your tongue!!
Keep up the good work, and you will always have healthy mouth.
Take care,
KK

your doing the right thing by flossing after every time you eat. But be cautious and don't brush your teeth too much that will eat away the enamel on your teeth that protects you from getting cavities.

I'm a dentist and agree with the notion that you can't floss too often, as long as you floss properly. I'm curious as to why KK sugested the brushing regimen in her answer. Maybe she'll amend and expound.

It is one of the best things you can do for your teeth and gums...good for you. 3x a day is great....if you need to do it more because you have eaten something that has lodged itself between your teeth...use the floss.

NO, after every meal is the best time, especially after breakfast b/c of your saliva causing tartar when you're sleeping. Good job!
