address it, compromise a bit but if it just isn't going to work then end it, it hurts but the longer it goes on the more it hurts.

Honesty is not always the best policy. It's better to let him down easy. Say you don't think you want to see him any more, but don't cut down the poor guy too much. The worst thing you can do is just string him along. It will make the eventual break-up harder for both of you.

I have used honesty and it worked for me. I was married and he would blow on my ***** and not do anything but annoy me. I told him not to do that, and asked him where did he get that idea? Well he didn't do that anymore but, he still sucked in other areas as well. We weren't together for the sex anyway. We got divorced a year later. I found someone who did that and then some very well!

what needs do you have?
He's a person, not a car. Are you gonna trade up anytime a new model comes along? Does he need to have power steering, XM radio, and racing stripes? Or, is it enough that his engine and transmission are solid and he'll go the distance?
If you're gonna treat him like a car, then tell him that. Let him know that you view hiim as an object and not a person. Then, if he views you as an object too, he'll decide whether he wants to add on the options that you fancy or whether he's ready to trade you in for a new model instead.

The whole purpose of dating is to find out if you're compatible. If you don't meet each other's needs, you end it and date someone else.
Are you talking sexually? Then I'd say don't sleep with people until you know you can have an honest, open discussion with them about sex!

I would be honest and upfront and tell Him of my needs, first.
If He could not take my needs into consideration, I would break up with Him.

I think it is. That way this person can move on with their life and you can find someone that hopefully can fulfill all your needs.
