Maybe your worrying avoids you going fast to sleep. Try to relax at least an hour before going to bed: read something you like but not a super novel just a magazine article or such, put on paper all your worries, try a yoga, Tai chi class or simply do some stretching and do some breathing exercises just before going to bed. Visualize a beach and breath in with the waves coming and out slowly when they pull away. Have a bed time routine and stick to it even during week-ends. Putting your alarm clock during the week-ends will help get into the schedule and nothing to worry during the week-end! Take that time to do some remaining homework, studying and even training so you begin the day with stings accomplish. Never forget that you may not be able to do this in a week but after a month you should be doing just fine! Your grades will be up and you too! ;-)

Im not sure if this will help, but i guess any advice helps...
When i was in high school i used to do a paper round, i went to bed near 11pm and woke up about 6am, every day without fail. I hated waking up in the morning and would quite often fall back to sleep or put the snooze button on... well.. until i came up with an idea...
One day i woke up and there was a power cut in the night, i then looked at the clock and it said 12:00, i paniced and was instantly awake sprinting round the house, until i realised what had happened. I felt so awake after that panic that i thought it would be good if i could wake myself up with that sort of thing every morning.
So i tried setting my clock about 1 hour and 23 mins ahead, this may seem a tad odd but there is logic here. This didnt have the SAME effect as the panic, as i knew the clock was fast, HOWEVER! when i woke up and checked the clock, i wasnt sure what the ACTUAL time was, so i didnt know if i had time to go back to sleep for a few mins or if i had to get up right then. So i had to work out the actual time from my whacky clocks time.
You may already see what im getting at here, but basically as i had to work out what the actual time was from the clock as it was always fast by XXX minutes by the time i worked it out my brain was much more awake than normal, so it helpped me get up in the mornings.
Anyway as im rambling i will just summarise it for you as it HELPPED me get up in the mornings, not to say it will help you.
Set your clock forward by a random amount that is > 1 hour, then when you wake up you will have to work out the actual time to see if you can afford to sleep in a bit more or get up, by that point you should be more awake making it easier to get up.
Hope it helps!

i had the same problem, but I stayed up and didn't go to class...
Now 10 years later I'm doing correspondence,(my last highschool compulsary credit) but because I am socially divergent, I'm termed "substancially mentally disabled" and get up to around 10k from ontario every year, and some other benifits.
but if you'd ever like to make something of youself you gotta go. Not going is like shooting yourself in the foot.
it may not matter to you now but it will in the future.
there are many approaches but GO TO SLEEP.. set an alarm... try listening to quiet guided meditation etc.. drinking a warm non cafinated drink...
study!!!!
if you'd like a "normal" life then you got to put effort into it.. otherwise you will end up like me, a microstate that can't travel, or get meaningful employment, suriviving off of handouts stuck in a corrupt fascist world, never able to make substancial purchases while living like a monk in a technofascist state.
Either be a good fascist or just accept being a mental handicap and get the payolla.
it's all politics.
get to class!!! make sure you have an alarm.. get bright light on your eyes as quickly as posible after you wake up..have a cold shower (or when winter comes if you can run outside half naked for around a minute if it's cold where you are, exercise tosome loud happy hardcore (on headphones if you have too) and get your **** to school..
otherwise you'll end up like me, answering pathetic questions on yahoo answers, looking for a sign from god showing you the path to zembua-lu
It's all about will, unless you have the money for the booty calls.
you just need to get yourself in a good sleep study pattern, it aint hard.

If you don't fall asleep till 10:30 what are you doing for 2 hours? I lay down and within 10 mins. I'm asleep,. Try going to bed later, or reading till you fall asleep, that will make you smarter.

My niece had that problem, my sister put her on some vitiams and that has seemed to help. Plus she walks alot or exercises before bed and that helps her to fall asleep faster.
