i was charge with having a gun by two people but i didn't have one and no gun was found.why am i being charge with this no gun charge.and can the law do this?

Oh yes, based on testimony of credible witness.
Just imagine you walk up to a bank, point a rifle and thereafter escape, but no weapon found.
However, CCTV footage will show that you did possess that weapon, hence the charge.

They can charge you but they have to prove it.
They think they can or they would not have filed charges.
Did someone other than these 2 see you with a gun at some point?

Unless there is a weapon found, or video evidence of you with the weapon, there is nothing they can do except waste your time. Evidence is everything, just dont say anything stupid in an interrogation room, even if they have you in there for 3-5 solid days. Good luck.

Remember, you are innocent until proven guilty (unless you aren't an American)

If there really isn't any evidence that you owned a gun there's nothing the law can do.
