For me, this criteria is very low on the list of things that I find desirable in a male. The contributions that you bring to the relationship table are of much more importance, like commitment, honestly, integrity, humor, intelligence and the like. I am older than you, I suspect, however I have always felt this way.
So, to your question, I would say on a scale of 1-10, about a 2.

From one to ten . . . I'd say four. Too much muscle is a major turn-off for me. I prefer skinny guys with just a little muscle on the arms.
As for the rubbing, rub them yourself while looking at my avatar. It's just as effective.
