A combover is natural, but looks bad. A toupe is not natural and looks bad most of the time. Shave it all off.

Well a combover is natural (technically it is your own hair) but honestly bald is sexy, shave it all off :0

Just shave it off dude. I’m not balding, and I doubt I will ever be bald since both of my families’ men aren’t balding. However I always shave off my head for hygienic reasons. For some reason, my hair on my head and my pubic areas always smells later on even though I take a bath every other day and it always itches. But if you are that vane, then go see your doctor about hair transplants. They can take the sides and backside of the hair’s roots on your head and transplant it on the top of your scalp where it’s balding. The hair roots on the sides of your hair will grow back also.

i would say neither, but maybe a toupe' with a cap wouldn't look bad.

I'd go with the third option: neither! Get the hair cut properly and it will look better than the first two options!
