The names Tristan and Isolde are very similar in the Slavic languages.



Here is a list of the names in all the languages that I can translate to....

RUSSIAN = Тристан(Tristan), Изольда(Izolda)

POLISH = Tristan , Izolda

CZECH/SLOVAK = Tristan, Isolda

SERBIAN = Tristan , Izolda

In Polish we say Tristan and Izolda, but they are very rare in Poland.
