I heard you can use maalox for pressure sores & it heals them up fast. Is this true?

Yes i have used Milk of mag not maalox though it prevents skin breakdown from urine/bm that was years ago now i prefer vaseline balmex or other moisture barriers. but it is cost effective to use milk of mag i wouldnt use it on a large stage 3 ulcer but small stage 2 (less than 1cm) and just superficial and stage 1 wouldnt hurt

I have never heard that and it cant see what would make it work. I would look it up online and see but it sounds like an old-wives tale to me.
