i think so. i take them for anxiety and they really help me. they are to calm you down and they do work

yes, from a sickness and anxiety point of view. I dont know which point of view you were asking from though...xanax takes away anxiety, as well as calms your stomach (it is prescribed for Irritable Bowl Syndrome also)...as with any medicine it doesnt work the same with everyone, but id say give it a go...

Yeah take it whenever your thoughts start racing and you start feeling anxious and it will all subside, just watch out its very very addictive.
