He is only going to be 13, so he doesn't need certain things, like a razor, for instance, but I do know to include deodorant!

I think you should include some yummy candy, maybe a cd or tape, dvd, cologne, socks, underwear, t shirt, some cards playing ones, maybe a book or comic book

Ok checklist for a 13 yr old boy...
1 Razor, if not for now, he'll grow into it...lol.
2 Toothpaste & gargle
3 Deoderant
4 Cologne
5 Condoms
You may think I'm crazy, but he will be trying to attract the girls and eventually might find himself in a certain situation... the condoms are your insurance...everything else is for him

A subscription to SI or what ever type of magazine (usually a year is under 20 bucks), gift card to Best Buy / some where he can get a CD, movie / video game, depending on his interests, some sort of book he would like or maybe a bunch of small bottles of his favorite colognes??

Put things like his favorite candy, gum, or popcorn. You could also include a dvd or his fav cd. There's also some really nice scents at Bath&Body Works for males. You could also put in comic books or baseball cards if he's into that.

how about a do not disturb sign for his room, some zit medicine, mouth wash, stain remover, back seat drivers license, some fun things like non alcoholic wine (sold at grocery store) sparkling cider, girly magazine................
