hi ,i live in east devon and belong to five freecycle sites,basically people give stuff away and also post wanted adds in the past six months i think about 6 cars have been given away.
you could also try and get friendly with all your local car sales and have a discreet word with the sales manager about any trade ins he might sell for cash and no receipt.alex
