What's the best way to have side-to-side sex?

My wife and I tried the spooning position, but it doesn't work out. How should our bodies be positioned? It looks alot easier than it is.

you are right get in the spoon position and like if you are laying on your left sides have her put her right leg over the top of yours and that should make it easier

It works much better if the woman is slightly above the man. Better penetration that way....at least it worked for me before...
