Well this is a normal thing for a child to do.. The younger child is looking up to your older child and thinks that he/she is great so maybe if you explain this to her she wont mind him doing it so much, I wouldnt make him stop cause it stops after awhile

You have a few options. You can explain to the older child that the younger child loves her so much that he wants to be just like her. Reinforce the fact that she's the older one and the younger one wants to be just like her. Encourage her to do things that you want the younger one to learn like putting dishes away and putting garbage in the garbage can. Tell her that she's really helping mom a lot and you will get a 2-4-1 bonus. She'll feel great about herself and he'll pick up great habits. Alternately if that doesn't work you can intervene and redirect the younger one.

My two year old does this to my four year old. Sometimes my four year old gets REALLY frustrated. I tell my four year old that my two year old is learning from her. She copies her because my four year old is like a teacher.
My four year old thought it was really cool to be like a "teacher" so she doesn't mind as much but she does still get angry every now and then. I think it is normal. Hopefully they will grow out of it.

Imitation is normal.. If it is greatly aggrevating the older then try to get the younger involved in another activity.
