In order to start a not-for-profit ministry one must be willing to allow Uncle Sam to censer what is said. I don't think so.

Since the church is for-profit, you should have no trouble at all incorporating it...as long as you pay your taxes and make public your books.

In the Law, the Jews were required to pay a tithe (tax). Christians are not required to pay a tithe, but we do have New Testament examples of free will offerings to support the needy saints. We don't have any examples in the New Testament of people taking advantage of Christians to gain wealth. 1 Corinthians 16:1,2 Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given orders to the churches of Galatia, so you must do also: On the first day of the week let each one of you lay something aside, storing up as he may prosper, that there be no collections when I come.

It wouldn't work. "Church" and "honesty" are not compatible. Just ride the Non-Profit train like the rest of the opportunists.

Find a few sad losers, persuade then you are "the one", get them to give you lots of money. Start in America, plenty of applicants to go round.
