No dont eat, the giblets are filled with puss from the turkeys anal passage and are normally emptied by vomiting when the bird is alive.

almost every first time turkey chef has done this. Yes you can eat it. My was 35 years ago and we still laugh at the memory of me pulling that melted plastic bag out of the bird after it was cooked.

it's okay with me, as long as it was washed throughly...
anyways, giblets can be eaten, same with neck.. =)

no, the neck of a turkey is actually filled with poisonous enzymes that will make you go blind.
