I used to be able to dream about something and it happen weeks later. Once at a girlfriend's house i saw what i can only say was a ghost with long red hair looking at us in bed. I had been awake for about 30 minutes and looked around the room then looked at the clock then looked at the foot of the bed and there she was. I have also seen human shaped shadows lurking around my ex-wife's house shortly after my daughter was born.

Now my wife says i have been talking to someone in my sleep named "Sheila". I don't know anyone by that name nor have i ever known anyone by that name. So why am i having conversations with someone i don't know in my sleep?

One other curious event is the night before my mother-in-law died she was talking to someone in her sleep and she was saying things like "The children are okay.", "They'll be taken care of now." and "Don't worry about that."

I don't think my talking in my sleep and hers are related but since i don't know anyone by that name i wonder.

I talked to the girl who i spent the night with about the redhaired ghost the next morning and she said she knew that her house was haunted but i was the first person to ever bring it up or actually see the ghost. My daughter and son have both exhibited some psychic ability. My ex-wife has seen so many ghosts it's almost commonplace. I will check the deeds to the house and see if anyone who lived there before has the name Sheila. I believe my mother in law was talking to her husband in her sleep and letting him know she was ready to meet him he passed away 4 years previous to her. I've not had any "dreams" about a person named Sheila but i have been feeling a prescence usually when i'm in the shower. Not malignant or benign. Just a disturbance in the environment.

The strange talkings in your sleep, my suggestion is that it's a part of your subconscious that you are unaware of. You may not know anyone by the name of Sheila as of right now, but that person or name may play an important role in the future of your life or you might wind up meeting someone named Sheila, etc, etc.

The dreams about the red-headed ghost, and then actually seeing the ghost are accurate. I have a friend that has had similar situations. She had dreams about a ghost that was male and had particular attributes of how that man looked, and then one day her mom was just screaming because she saw that exact ghost after describing to her what he looked like. And she hadn't even told her mom what the ghost looked like in her dreams or even that she had dreams of that ghost.

Your mother in law maybe was subconsciously talking to God in her sleep or just acknowledging her fate that was to come. Or maybe she was repeating what God was saying to her in her dream.

Maybe you are psychic, and Sheila is your spirit guide, the red head may be her.

We have tendencies or have been cut off from the other side, this world does this, we couldn't take the chanelling. But more and more psychics are coming forward as it is more or less better accepted as a gift to be used for the good of mankind. Some people only have one psychic episode occur all their life. You should ask God that if He has granted you this gift to please show you as well what works He wishes for you to accomplish, or how you can apply this skill. God Bless.

i have that same thing with intuitive dreams. the shadows might have been spiritual guides looking over your home and child. i had one after my grandson was born. nothing to worry about. sheila might be your spiritual guide. and you might have had some out of body experiences. i would try to contact a psychic about this.

Take a look at some research done by Professor Ian Stevenson of (I believe) the University of Virginia. His treatises and research should be available at any major University library.

i would usually say that appritions seen during sleep may be a result of sleep paralysis
but you seema little different to the usual symptoms so ill go with my spiritual thought on this
i am a spiritualist and do speak with spirit
and i am told that during sleep it is only our body that sleeps and our spirit is free to travel
it is during this time that we may travel to spirit realms and speak with those who have passed over
i feel this may be what is happening with you
the same goes with the situation with your mother in law ... it wouldnt surprise me at all that she was being prepared xxx

Dreams are powerful sometimes they tell us things that are going to happened. But if you are talking to someone in the night before you go to sleep I don't know if you believe in God but if you do pray and tell him who ever you are talking to if its the devil to keep him away from your dreams and your family. And tell him to please help you in your dreams. Not allot of people have special dreams I have special dreams.Just pray to God so all the dreams can be from him.And no evil could get in your dreams.Keep me inform if you have more dreams please I would like to know.Thanks.
