I also have a yellow lab. She is an inside dog. Also a sezure alert medic dog. Raider is 10 years old. She has in the last year been getting/growing these wart like things all over. They keep getting bigger she has chewed off ones on her legs and back area. They crust then clear up but looks like a wart. Differant sizes and color is flesh colored.

these are canine papillomas, likley cutaneous papillomas, and are common in dogs of that age.. You can reduce the frequency of them by adding a spoon of tee tree oil (per gallon of warm water) to her final bath rinse water..
many dog owners use colloidal silver with much success to get rid of warts and even skin tags. They put the colloidal silver on a cotton ball, then band-aid the cotton ball to the wart and leave on.

It is important that the colloidal silver stay in contact with the affected area for a length of time.

Colloidal silver definitely could not hurt and can only help.

my dog got something simialar they said it was a papaloma virus. He only got 2-3 and they went away on there own. I don't know how freqently they can return, or if he is still exposed to the source

You need to take your pet to the veterinarian. This can be any number of things.

A lot of veterinarian will work with you on payments if that is an issue. Good luck!

they are what we call skin tags and are normal they come with age look real close at an old person ans see the size of their moles same thing.... he is fine
