There are two ways to go about this the first being go to my computer and right click the c drive and chose properties, or you can click the c drive and chose file properties.

Well first I'll make a few assumptions, please do tell me if these are wrong...
1) You have Windows
2) By "how many MB or GB" you mean the storage space of a hard disk drive
Open My Computer and right click the name of the drive you want to check...usually C:\ - a pie chart will show in the properties box and you can read off the remaining and total space.

To find MB or GB of ur computer u need to first click on
Start - Right click on My Computer - left click on properties - under General tab u will find MB & GB.

On the Desktop
Right click on My Computer - left click on properties - under General tab u will find MB & GB.

Ram or hard drive?
Ram: Start->Settings (or Control Panel, depending on settings) ->System It should display under the general tab
Hard Drive: My Computer (may be a link on your desktop, if not its in the start menu)->click once on the hard drive you are curious about (C: is the main one usually, but you may have more). You may need to right click and select properties, depending on your settings.
