La bella ucella del mio cuore is the beutiful bird of my heart. - Would be a term of endearment something said to a woman who is really loved by the person saying it!

I am NOT italian but german, and my italian is pretty thin. But I understand most of the words in your sentence:

"The beautiful UCELLA of my heart"

Now, I am sorry I don't understand the meaning of Ucella. Even babblefish (a translating computer) did not know that word.

But from the other words you were using I could definately recognize it was italian.

la bella (La belle in french)
is the beauty (probably translates as teh beautiful girl)

what you meant was "de la" and it's probably like 'of the'

mia coure is like "mon coeur" in french which means my heart

and i don't know what ucella means but you can go online on a translation site and get the exact deffinition for your phrase
