can i become a US citizen with 18 yeasr that i lived in the US.

Look there is a good chance you may become one. Go to www.uscis.gov. On that site it tells you the requirement that must be met to become a naturalized citizen. Then go hire you a good immigration attorney. Trust me they can advise you and help you get your citizenship as long as you have not broken any laws or done any jail time you should have an excellent chance to become a naturalized citizen.

Well you are suppose to be a legal citizen once you step foot in the US, unless it's for vacation/work purposes.

It depends on your legal status, if you are a resident then yes you can. If you're illegal (even though I have nothing against you) then it's quite impossible, my friend.

If you're here legally.... and ... if you're not ... once they pass an "amnesty law" then you can .... even if you are here illegally... but you'll have to wait intill it passes
