CD STOMPER, ROCKS... we use it all the time... can be a bit tricky to calibrate the first time.. but after that it's awesome.

i use photoshop CS2 for photos alot so i would probably end up using that.

look at Adobe Corel software and you'll find something like Adobe Illustrator.

it depends what you want to do.

without doubt it has to be nero.
It has everything you need to make your cd and dvd's
