Here are the Turkish words for addresses:
Cadde / Caddesi / Cad. = Avenue
Bulvar / Bulvarı / Bul. = Boulevard
Sokak / Sokağı / Sok. = Street
Mahalle / Mahallesi / Mah. = District
Kasaba / Kasabası = Town
Köy / Köyü = Village
İlçe = Borough
İl = Province
Apartman / Apartmanı / Apt. = Apartment
Konut / Konutu / Konutları = Residence
Site / Sitesi = Building Complex
İş Hanı / İş Merkezi / İş Mrk. = Trade Centre
Alışveriş Merkezi / AVM = Shopping Centre
Mevki = Location
Posta Kodu = Postal/zip code (5 digits in Türkiye)

Set out the Turkish address info as the address format in your country and send it. Dont worry, it will be delivered.
Good luck...

I'm sorry to say I couldn't see any buttons for ANSWER THIS QUESTION so when I clicked where I thought it was supposed to be, it ended up being the Thumbs Down rating ... but I actually like your question!

Here's a link to some formats, although Turkey isn't listed. But the format should follow the same style. If you have all the info (street, city, country, postal/zip code) the postal service will be able to deliver it.
