I would agree with Nancy Kay... Soy milk is a healthy drink (in general) but making it the entire source of your meal will lead to vitamin / mineral deficiencies. There are only about 150 calories per serving so you'd have to drink an awful lot of soy milk.
For weight loss, you should consider eating 6 small meals spread throughout the day. The bigger meals should come earlier in the day when your metabolism is higher. Restricting your food intake will reseult in slower metabolism and ultimately weight gain.
Be sure you are exercising and use a website such as http://www.fitday.com to track your calories and exercise intake.
Feel free to drop me a line if you need further help.
Good luck.

It’s Friday brunch time and you simply can’t stop going back with regard to seconds. But hang on! Stop to get a minute and suck on an extra strong mint. The flavour can put you off that 3rd plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.

Man up. Studies show that ladies binge on food more compared to men and, when food decisions are emotional, it’s a formula for disaster. Instead, eat small amounts when you’re hungry, not really when you’re bored or sad, and once a week go out with the girls for beer along with pizza – you’ve earned the idea.

If you eat when you’re burdened, try munching on pumpkin or sunflower seeds. You’ll need to be able to chew more, which will dissipate most of that energy, but without introducing calories.
