I think you should go back on the drugs and check back into the hospital. Here you will be able to gather your thoughts so others could make sense of them when you are trying to convey them. It would also be a good Idea to warn this girl that you are off your rocker in probably in posession of several pairs of her used panties... Tell her you are stalking her and get back to that mental clinic.. I think there is also a chance they will be able to help you with spelling and sentance structure..

Woe! Nobody prescribes lithium for a "mental break". Lithium is used to treat bipolar disorder and only bipolar disorder.

There's a lot more to this story or theres very specific things that doc saw in order to put you on lithium. Its universal that bipolar people insist they're not sick. Make sure you follow up with some one or you WILL REGRET it years later.

Lithium is a nasty drug. I didn't think they still prescribed it. I think that Dr's are prescription happy for people who are 'depressed' when in actuality life is about the ups and downs and the experiences they bring. That is how we learn to deal with things that happen.

Sounds like you were on overload and the situation with the girl was too much. It also sounds like you have conquered it. Take care of yourself and if you start feeling stressed, slow down.
I congratulate you.

Huh? That broken English threw me off. What happened to you? How about you rewrite the legibly.

Um...I can't relate. But, I'm glad you're o.k. You could have killed yourself, and over a female. I'm glad you all are still friends. Keep your head up.

Your explanation of what happend to you to cause your mental break is too confusing to tell what may have happened to you!...
