Hm...that's not very nice of people...I'll have to look at your previous question and see what they thought the problem was.

I don't hate you but the truth is the Bible says homosexuality is a sin.
The Bible also teaches that a preacher is to be a husband of one wife, a woman can't be a husband.
Also a woman is not to have authority over the man in church, if you were a minster you would have.
But there are many ways that you can minister to people.

Quite honestly you are seeing people who can voice their opinions strongly and do Thank God there is a place you can safely do this. This place is not a happy feel good place it's more stand for what you believe learn and teach. if you feel to sensitive about some thing don't say it unless you can take both sides and enjoy the conversation.

Don't know what your question was concerning homosexuals, so can't comment on that, although if you are a minister of God you should know that he disproves of that type of life style. I don't necessary believe in women ministers. I think that they have every right to help spread the good news, but not teach in front of a congregation. But I don't HATE you if you do. It's your choice.

You are correct. For some reason, people find it easier to hate than to love. As much as I regret saying it, I have found religious people to be some of the most bigoted I have ever met.

Perhaps, after all these years, we still need to belong to our tribes, or else will feel we do not belong anywhere.

I am not religious myself, but do carry on expressing your beliefs. Silence is the enemy of freedom.

If we are teaching the Bible and the Bible says that women are not to teach or usurp authority over men then how can we justify doing what the Bible says not to do?

You got some very good answers for your last question, as well as some insulting ones. Take the good, leave the bad. This forum can be very caustic sometimes.

Hoping the best for you...

You should also know that you're not alone. There are some of us left wing Christians out there that look to what Jesus actually said and did. Leading with love isn't often easy.

I don't know what you said. Were you against homosexuality or for it? Homosexuality is a sin. God hates it and does not condone it. I hope that was your message. As for the hate factor, those who hate serve the devil and he is their master.
