I get very sick, after I start using weight machines. It happens all the time, and it is the worst nauseating feeling ever. I swear i am going to puke every time I do weight machines, but I can run for miles on the treadmill and feel fine! If anyone knows why this is, or how to help it, please let me know. Your answers would be greatly appreciated!

And i don't have any known medical problems. Am fit and 17 years old.

I don't eat before workouts, and i don't do anything with an incline.

it's hard to say without more info--do you eat before you work out? if so, try not to eat at least 2 hours before you work out and then wait about an hour before you eat afterwards, but make sure you are well hydrated before and after. have a trainer assist you to make sure you are using all the equipment properly--are you doing any inversion/decline exercises? you may have vertigo--this can cause a wave of nausea and dizziness--talk to your doc. good luck!

Sounds like you should talk to a doctor. Do you have asthma or diabetes?
