Hey there, fellow drinkers! My mother just turned me on to E&J Cask & Cream. It's a delicious drink, but not very strong. I tried mixing E&J Brandy with it, but that made it taste too strong. (I don't like the taste of Brandy)

I was wondering what I could mix with it that would make it stronger, without making it taste stronger. Any suggestions?

Try using a clear alcohol instead of a brown alcohol maybe something like some Seagram's gin..Another good drink is butternipps (one shot glass full at a time )with whipped cream on top its called a b...job because you are not supposed to use your hands while drinking it but since you are a male scratch that last part unless you like that type of stuff lol..CHEERS.

What I like to do is pour a couple shots of it in milk, then add a shot of vodka. The vodka adds a good kick, and the milk keeps it mellow. Very similar to a white russian. tastes great!

I would use half and half and just a touch of sugar to bring out the flavor ,actually it is abnormal to eat them without cream

isn't that like Bailey's? If it is, then try it with Kahlua and Iced coffee.
