This sounds funny but it really work use Large Office rubberbands for file folders etc. lay on your side putting the bands around both ankles leaving one leg to the floor lift the other leg using the tension of the rubberband & your own body weight as weights...It works!!! Also they have a video for the uses of the thigh master...It will amaze you!!! Try it!!! Good luck!!!

Lay on one side of your body. Have the leg that is on the ground bent while the other that is laying on it straight the slowly pick up your leg to about as half as high as you can go. Then bend your leg back a little, then straighten it back out and go down slowly without letting your leg touch the one on the floor. Do 3 sets of 15 on each leg. Hope that helps.
