Unless you were born here.... you're mom becoming a citizen doesn't automatically make you one. If you have legal right to be here... then you can apply for citizenship. If you were born here... well then... no worries.

If you were born in the USA while your mother was here legally, you are already a citizen of the USA.

if one of your parents becomes citizen, and you're not 18, you automatically become citizen, well that's what someone told me, so you just need to go to migration, or ask someone that's expert in that.
