Go to the school nurse. She will check it out to make sure it is not serious. They shouldn't amputate unless their is no other option.

To the nurse they give you a ice pack and have you lay down for about 30mins to an hour then you go back to class or call your mom to pick and that's it or better yet switch to a top locker it's better.

Well if you hit it hard could be nasty. I mean the forehead really bleeds a lot! So if serious then you will probably require stitches. If just a bump then the school nurse will probably take a look at it.

If you are feeling light headed or dizzy call your Dr. or go to the emergency room. While you are there you may need to have a cat-scan or x-ray. Sometimes they will just watch you for awhile.
