If you were involved in the accident you could be cited for "leaving the scene of an accident" , worse yet ,if you did not exchange insurance information with the other party's involved you could be charged with "hit and run" yikes! seek legal advice asap!

You also get charged with leaving the sceen of an accident. Why would you leave they will find you. Your only asking for more trouble.

You get married to a lifer while you serve 18 to 24 mo in JAIL.
Hire the best lawyer you can and make arrangements to turn yourself in. it will go much easier and you may be able to post bond. If they hunt you down and arrest you the judge may deny bail. He probably should...creep.

If they track you down and find you, it's a major violation - four points - same as a DUI. If you have any prior points on your license, you're looking at getting your license suspended.

YOU GO TO JAIL AS YOU SHOULD!!! THERE WAS A GIRL IN DALLAS WHO HIT A GUY THEN CONTINUED ON HOME PARKING THE CAR IN THE GARAGE WITH THE MAN STILL STUCK IN THE WINDSHIELD HE DIED 4 HOURS LATER...YOU SHOULD GO TO JAIL!!!
