But, if he really is a boyfriend and considers you his girlfriend, he may have forgotten to call EXACTLY when he said he would, but you would be on his mind enough that he would have called later and apologized for being late.

sometiems yes we forget to call but not al the time. maby we are in the middle of doing some thing may be important or might not be we just might not feel like it.
