well..they can be sexy. But, coming from the area of fetish groups..some parties have put a ban on the catholic school girl outfits just on the basis that most catholic school girls are minors...thus, being attracted to somoene in the same outfit might put one in the category as somoene who prefers the company of minors over adults.
