I agreed to help my friend do this for her Halloween contest, but I am having a tought time doing much of anything. Has anyone ever done this before? If so, is there any advice you'd give? Is there anyone wanting to help? I have a few things, but I have no idea what goes with what, and I think girls must be amazing to do this everyday. Thanks everyone!

Try to ask one of your female friends to help... or maybe you can get one of the yahoo users to help you... not sure if anyone is nice enough to do that.

As I know a few transsexual women, I know a teeny bit about dressing the male form to look female.
First, if he's slim with good legs, don't be afraid to show them off, just make sure he shaves first (and I dont just mean his face). Avoid miniskirts if you're walking through rough streets - knee length stuff works just as well.
Because a lot of men are quite tall, don't go with long jackets or things that are very slim - it makes anyone look tall and lanky, the effect is worsened when the person is already tall. Try short tops, that end around the belly button.
When it comes to shoes - do *not* wear heels if it's your first time out. Or, if you think you can handle it, get a stacked or cuban heel - NOT stillettos. They are hard to walk in at the best of times, let alone when you aren't practised. Boots are better than shoes, as they support the ankle more.
As for make-up - if you're going for the "drag queen" look, feel free to go as mad as you like, just keep lipstick *on* the lips and eyeshadow around the eyes only. If you want him to "pass" as female, go for more subtle tones, with only a hint of colour on the lips and a touch of mascara.
Breasts - well, any bra thats in proportion to his back width is fine. Wider the back, bigger the cup. Don't go too big, but don't go too small else you won't be able to see them. Stuff them with whatever you like, since its just for Halloween.
Nails - painted is fine if you can handle it, if not, stick on ones work okay too though the glue does damage the natural nail. Best to just buff the natural nail and leave it alone.
