Okay,what is a bloke> Is it a partner? And is bloke new slang or is it simply how some people call it in other areas? Like in America we generally say,mommy but in other parts of the world they say mummy. Maybe a dumb question but i have kids so Im not very much part of the world.

Bloke has been used in the Uk for man - like saying fellow or chap - it is commonly used slang in British English.
I beleive it is a word used in Quebec by the French Speaking Canadians as well - although I was told that I have never heard it myself!

a bloke is a male. basically it means any person of a male gender. the word is non formal, something like 'dude'

'A bloke' is England English for 'a guy'.
Mummy is also England English.

This is british slang for a male adult human, comparable to american "guy". Both mean really "man".
