I mean, if angels are purely "good"
than what makes us "special" for God??
I think its our potential of being bad...

Angels are kind of like workers in the workplace. We are all children of God and I don't know about you but I always wake up wondering what my children will think up today. It is interesting to see things through the eyes of a child. I imagine it gives God a good laugh sometimes to watch our reactions to some of his creations.

The image of God in human design.
Salvation comes to those who are spirit, soul, and body.
This salvation was something the prophets wanted to know more about. They prophesied about this gracious salvation prepared for you, even though they had many questions as to what it all could mean.
They wondered what the Spirit of Christ within them was talking about when he told them in advance about Christ's suffering and his great glory afterward. They wondered when and to whom all this would happen.
They were told that these things would not happen during their lifetime, but many years later, during yours. And now this Good News has been announced by those who preached to you in the power of the Holy Spirit sent from heaven. It is all so wonderful that even the angels are eagerly watching these things happen.

Some say that humans are higher because they must make their choice to believe or not without direct vision of God. Angels are not required to have faith.

It is our choice in exercising the God given free will to be good, rather than being bad, which makes us precious to God.

i don't think anyone ever argued that humans are better then angels...if you are talking within the Christian doctrine
