They admit themselves they messed up and didn't hire nearly enough customer service representatives. In fact, they are letting people who signed up to contracts with minimum terms to cancel early as they feel they haven't kept their side of the deal.

using fact the united kingdom inhabitants has grow to be so bleeding servile at present they settle for only approximately something. There was a time, whilst the British nevertheless had b@lls, that shopper help got here first - not any extra. whilst i circulate to the Continent i'm getting waitress provider for my meal or purely a drink and the invoice is offered after. right here i'm getting to stand in a queue, get nutrition slapped on a plate or a drink from some device, and then i'm envisioned to pay for it up front. And it generally expenditures extra in the united kingdom. i circulate right into a shop on the Continent and that i can only approximately assure that interior a minute an assistant is calling in the event that they are able to assist. right here you're fortunate in case you will come across an assistant. As I mentioned - we settle for any style of sh!t in the united kingdom.

talk talk is the worst company to deal with....lousy customer service ...no email id contact .keep moving the goalpost about offers.....tie you down for 18months...that should be abolished by the trading standard.list can go on and on...
in your 18months cpontract if you are 9months in and if they introduce another scheme....and if you take that plan your contact becomes new 18months contact....rip off merchant

i ordered talk talk int3 package. free broadband.....
well!! they happily took my direct details..mac code.. they immediately block my old broadband, so i cant use them....then sent me a modem pack with NO disc 2 weeks later..... so i phone them.. after 1hour on phone i finally speak to someone... they sent me a new pack 2 weeks later.... and its been great since... after a month of hassle... and endless phone calls.. most of which, you get to the customer services, and it says.. "all our agents are busy! call later" then cuts you off!! grrrr!!!
