Well, 2 things factor into your question:
1) Your frame size (bone structure)
2.) The degree of your muscularity
The healthy range for your height is between 135-174 lbs.- possibly more if you are an advanced bodybuilder!
If you're having a hard time determining whether or not you're carrying too much fat, you can have a bodyfat test done for a more acurate picture of your health. If you are under 25%, you are considered to be within a healthy body fat range. Conversely, you can also check to see if you are underfat- women should never fall below 12% bodyfat, and for optimal functioning should probably never fall below 15%. So, if you're between 15%-25% bodyfat, you're doing good, and that would generally mean that your overall weight is fine also.

What you weigh is irrelevant, what is important is that you are fit, toned, and nothing wobbles that you don't want to wobble. Different frames will have different weight ranges, its really how the overall silhouette works that is important than what the scales say

Your BMI says you should be 135-165 but considering muscle weighs more than fat,Id say 150-160 is great.

there's no such thing as the "ideal weight" . If you feel good about what you weigh right now, then it can't get any more "ideal" than that.
