outside for a while and realy havent eat all that much and i just feel kind of crappy and weird. do you think that if i eat something and get out and walk ill feel better?

The fresh air and exercise will definitely help you feel better. Eat something light before you go out. If you really don't feel like eating or going out, you must make yourself do it. The hardest part is the motivation!
